Maximum Impact Training Solutions refund policy and charges for courses are as follows:
A refund will be given if the course is cancelled 21 days or more prior to the nominated course you have been booked in for. This cancellation will incur a $30 cancellation fee. All refunds will be refunded within 30 days from date of cancellation notice.
To cancel for a course a written cancellation letter must be submitted to Maximum Impact Training Solutions.
Any cancellations that are 20 days or less prior to the nominated course you have booked in for will be issued with a credit to be used within 12 months of your original payment date to be used for the same course run by Maximum Impact Training Solutions. All transfers will incur a $10 transfer fee for each time a transfer is issued.
Non attendance to courses will incur a $50 fee and you will be given a credit to be used within 12 months of your original payment date to be used for the same course run by Maximum Impact Training Solutions.
